Sarah Ward, BFA, MA in Motion Graphics
With a dynamic blend of artistic expertise and a rich educational background, Sarah Ward brings a wealth of experience to the field of multimedia communication. Holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Video/Film and a Master’s degree in Motion Graphics, Sarah boasts an impressive two-decade career encompassing videography and post-production.
Beyond her professional journey, Sarah’s roots extend into early childhood education and developmental disabilities. This unique background adds a layer of depth to her work, allowing her to approach multimedia projects with a keen understanding of diverse audiences.
Sarah’s skill set spans video production, animations, interactive learning module design, graphic design, layout, and proficiency in document and web accessibility.
Her commitment to inclusivity is evident in her role as a Creative Producer, where she collaborates with experts to create alternate versions of projects, ensuring accessibility for culturally and linguistically diverse audiences.
Currently serving as the Multimedia Specialist for the Georgetown University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities, Sarah plays a pivotal role in supporting video production, graphic design, and various forms of visual and audio communication. Her meticulous approach extends to guaranteeing that all products align seamlessly with the mission of the Georgetown University National Center for Cultural Competence.
In her capacity, Sarah not only shapes the visual and auditory identity of projects but also champions accessibility, ensuring that the final products resonate with a broad and varied audience.
